In this hour workshop, we are going to dive deep into the nine centres (the various squares and triangles on your chart). Beyond those fundamentals (type, S&A and profile) knowing which centres are defined or undefined can bring a really incredible sense of liberation and acceptance (of self and those around you). 

The centres help to reveal what conditioning you might be carrying and ways we can practice to let that go. They also give us a sense as to how we show up in the world and what we can bring to others. It's truly fascinating stuff.
